This Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) outlines the terms between you, the Client, and Pinterest for Etsy Agency (the “Agency”) for the Pinterest management services we provide.

Services

We, at Pinterest for Etsy Agency, will manage your Pinterest account based on the subscription plan you choose when signing up. This could be monthly, quarterly (every three months), or yearly. Our services include optimizing your profile, creating pins, scheduling posts, providing analytics reports, and developing strategies to help your Etsy shop grow. We’ll perform these services professionally and in a timely manner, but rest assured, we will never ask for or require your Pinterest account password.

Client Responsibilities

As the Client, you’ll need to give us access to your Pinterest account through third-party tools or methods that don’t require sharing your password. You’ll also be asked to provide timely feedback and approvals when needed. To help us optimize your Pinterest strategy, we may ask for screenshots of your Etsy analytics, which will help us align your Pinterest efforts with your Etsy performance. You’re also responsible for following Pinterest’s terms of service.

Subscription and Termination

Your subscription will start on the [Start Date] and continue according to the period you chose (monthly, quarterly, or yearly). Unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date, it will automatically renew. Either you or the Agency can terminate this agreement with a 30-day written notice. If payment is not received or if any terms are violated, the Agency has the right to terminate the agreement immediately.

Payment

You agree to pay the subscription fees as presented during the signup process. Payments are due based on the subscription period you’ve selected (monthly, quarterly, or yearly). If payments are late, we may need to suspend or even terminate services.

Ownership

You will retain ownership of all content we create for you as part of the services. This includes everything related to your Etsy shop and Pinterest account. However, we may use anonymized performance data for our internal marketing efforts, but we will not disclose any personal or sensitive information.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all proprietary or sensitive information shared throughout the duration of this agreement confidential.

Liability

The Agency is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. While we’ll work hard to improve your Pinterest presence, we do not guarantee specific sales increases or results. Additionally, we are not responsible for any changes to Pinterest’s platform or algorithms that could affect performance.

UTM Parameters

To track the performance , we may use UTM parameters in Pinterest links. By agreeing to this, you consent to this tracking method for analytics purposes.

Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any disputes will be resolved through Mediation .

This document represents the full and complete agreement between you and Pinterest for Etsy Agency.
